The government’s target for Bhopal is 24,000 vasectomies for 2010-11. However, only 8,000 men have undergone the procedure. In what looks like a last ditch attempt, the Tata Nano unfortunately encountered controversial cases, and now the Nano has resorted to encouraging novel ideas(such as this one!).
