BMW India will expand its capacity for the second time in less than a year as the luxury cars demand has increased.
BMW plans to increase the capacity to 8000 units per year at its Chennai plant by early 2011 from the current 3000 units. The investment will be increased to 1.8-billion plans in India by 2012.
