Heikki Kovalainen the Lotus F1 driver had a serious hard crash on sunday in an Audi R8 at the Race of Champions event in Germany while battling it out with Sebastien Loeb. The finnish driver along with his British girlfriend Catherine Hyde were involved in this serious accident. Reports have come in that this accident was caused due to a damaged rear suspension and a jammed throttle. Audi are you listening !

“Hardcore shunt with throttle jammed and rear suspension damaged, got knocked out, now some medical checkups,”
“Catherine is sore and her back is painful, got to look after her now,”
“Head’s a bit sore, (I) was unconscious for 30 seconds.”
