Arguably the most menacing and flamboyant muscle cars ever built arose from a partnership between Baldwin Chevrolet and a speed shop call Motion Performance. Joel Rose, who created Motion Performance, was a consistent AHRA and NHRA Modified Production national record holder. These Baldwin-Motion cars were built only to customer order. When the most extreme Phase III Level of modification was ordered, the new owner was given a written money-back quarter-mile performance warranty.
